Holiday in South Tyrol: Simply go car-free!
Leave your car behind and use public transport for free, conveniently and flexibly. The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars, free of charge.
General Booking Conditions
For stays of up to 3 days, a surcharge of €3 per person per night applies.
In addition to the above prices, a local tax of €2.00 per person per night will be charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
Children's discounts in triple rooms
- Children up to 2 years old stay free
- Children from 3 to 4 years: -60%
- Children from 5 to 9 years: -40%
- Children from 10 to 12 years: -30%

You can pay with cash, credit card, or debit card.
Pets
We do not accept pets, we ask for your understanding.
Arrival and Departure:
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Reserved rooms will be held until 5:00 PM. In case of later arrival, please inform us in advance. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM on departure.
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
Reserved rooms will be charged at the full room rate for early departures. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 80%. Cancellations made later or in case of no-shows will be charged 100% of the total price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay.
